Shortly after the IGA ceremony, Andrew Cochrane, SBTech Chief Commercial Officer stated, “Winning this award is especially gratifying after a period of intense focus on our mobile offering. Further he added, “As we continue to extend our reach into additional regulated markets, entering strategic partnerships with the giants of the industry, our fast-growing portfolio of tier 1 operators will also be delighted by this latest success.”

SBTech Breaks New Ground in Live Betting with Pulse

Acclaimed provider unveils latest in-play release at ICE 2018

Leading sports betting solutions provider SBTech has released Pulse, an innovation in live betting that is expected to shake up the sector considerably.

Speaking just after the unveiling, Ian Bradley, SBTech Chief Product Officer, commented, “Pulse is SBTech’s new take on live betting and appeals to players by offering them the chance to win progressively rising payouts. They must hold their nerve during the bet period, but the win will be that much sweeter if they hold out until the end!”

Inspired by principles of gamification, Pulse (patent pending) is designed to offer an entirely fresh in-play experience, reaching better levels of engagement and brand loyalty across the global SBTech operator network.

Pulse puts the player at the heart of the action, enabling bet placement on a specific outcome in a live event within a defined time period, with the potential payout increasing as the timeline progresses.

Pulse was unveiled to betting and gaming industry executives on Tuesday afternoon, at the SBTech Stand S3-110 during the opening day of ICE 2018.

Having been known for innovation in live betting for many years with features such as Fast Markets, Partial Cash Out and most recently Add2Bet and Action Betting, SBTech has now raised the in-play bar with the emphatic rollout of Pulse, the new centrepiece of its premium sportsbook offering.

The company once again won Best Sportsbook Supplier and Best Live Betting provider at the leading industry awards ceremonies in 2017, and entered key partnerships with a host of tier 1 operators. It also launched in a number of newly-regulated markets, and SBTech now looks to leverage Pulse to achieve even greater success for its international partners.

Gamblers can also use the ‘quickbet’ feature, which enables them to ‘quickbet’ on outcomes directly from the widget, with the selection added to the bet slip instantaneously.

Action Betting

Ian Bradley, Chief Product Officer at SBTech, says, “Action Betting is the result of our investment in personalisation, as we seek to tailor the experience for each user. The constant drive to create more markets is not going to stop, and given the challenges that brings, our aim is to enhance the UX, ensuring players don’t have to scroll and search for markets. Instead, we offer them suggestions whenever a significant incident occurs, presenting them with a relevant market in the context of the alert. The launch of Action Betting is part of our strategy of continuously improving the mobile betting experience and is just a taste of what we have in store for our partners in 2018.”

Example: Real Madrid get a corner, triggering an incident. The ‘Over/Under Corners’/’Next Goal’ markets with the available selections and odds are displayed on-screen in the Action Betting section. The player can quickly click the Action Bet and add it to their Bet Slip.

SBTech Launches Mobile-Focused Add2Bet Enhancement

SBTech announced the launch of its newest cutting-edge Live Betting feature called «Add2Bet»

Today, the leading sports betting solutions provider to the online gaming and betting industry, SBTech, announced the launch of Add2Bet. The new Live feature enables players to immediately use cash out value of an open bet to create a new double, treble or acca by combining it with new selections.

Add2Bet is one of a series of recently-launched mobile-focused enhancements to SBTech’s market-leading sportsbook solution, designed around simplicity and ease-of-use.

The new feature is going to strengthen the company’s position as the in-play betting market leader. SBTech has won EGR B2B awards for its live product for the last four years. Key findings were that:

  • Under-35s are early adopters of the feature – users from this age group tried Add2Bet after seeing it just twice on average, whereas older users waited until they’d viewed it an average of five times.
  • Of the total betting volume generated by the sample group, 7% of English Premier League live bets were placed by using Add2Bet to change an existing live bet.
  • Nearly 70% of players who use Cash Out for an average of 40% of their betting activity placed a bet using the new feature.
