SiGMA15 exhibitor iMovo, Malta-based leading Customer Experience Management company, has recently signed an agreement which expands its partnership with Zendesk Inc., a leader in the field of customer service software that uses cloud technologies.
Further cooperation is a result of an excellent track record, that iMovo has achieved by successfully implementing Zendesk customer service solutions, on the local market. The outstanding performance, mostly on the iGaming market, concerned dealing with multiple communication channels with the customers – web chat, social media, email voice and mobile. Now, iMovo and Zendesk will collaborate even closer and on an international level.
For iMovo, the closer engagement with Zendesk is a natural step ahead and a significant part of its mission to maintain high level of service and establish strong bonds with the customers.
