The company could celebrate receiving “Outstanding Data Provide – B2C” and “Outstanding Data Quality Management” awards. The second one was a joint entry with National Savings and Investments and Atos.
For Outstanding Data Provider entry, besides presenting information about its core services, Callcredit presented a case study of a project carried out with its client – Anglian Home Improvements. Using multi-channel data, Anglian Home was able to significantly increase its performance regarding acquisition activity and return on investments. The success is proved by some strong numbers – Anglian’s average order value increased by 22% and the processing time of data cleansing shrank from ten days to just one.
