Jeremy Harding

Jeremy – formerly of Betfair and Betclic –joined Featurespace as a Gaming Subject Matter Expert in 2017.  Jeremy has 12 years of operator-side experience in risk, fraud, payments and loss reduction management. As a Gaming Subject Matter Expert,  his industry expertise and knowledge to ensure that Featurespace’s ARIC platform development matches the Gaming sector’s needs and expectations. Through is career he has grown from a fraud analyst at Betfair in 2005 to being a head of department for the last 5 years, managing up to 70 staff at Betclic group deliver service across 8 regulations.  Together with his operational and industry expertise, he brings 5 years product development experience as a fully qualified Agile product owner and Scrum master, with a passion for great solutions that make agents and managers jobs simpler, more effective and more enjoyable.

Roderick Psaila

Roderick Psaila is a qualified banker, having graduated as an Associate of the UK Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and subsequently obtained a Masters in Economics from the University of Malta. He joined the Central Bank of Malta back in 1990 and had an 18-year career at this highest financial body in Malta, where he held various positions related to Banking, Monetary Policy Statistics and Financial Stability. In 2004, Roderick was engaged by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt to work as an expert on a specific assignment. In his last three years at the Central Bank of Malta, Roderick was tasked to head the Financial Stability Office.

In 2008, Roderick joined Nemea Bank plc, a newly licensed bank. As Chief Operating Officer, he led the management team and was responsible for the setting up of the bank.

In 2010, Mr Psaila left Nemea Bank and was appointed General Manager of another prospective bank.  He was responsible for obtaining the bank license and also for the setting up of the same bank.

In 2011, Roderick joined the AgriBank team. He was engaged to obtain the license for AgriBank and was responsible for the setup. The bank license was achieved in October 2012. Since then, Mr Psaila occupies the CEO position and is also an Executive Director on the Board of the Bank.

John Caldwell

John Caldwell’s career in gaming began when he started PokerNews.com in 2004.  John was the CEO and Editor-In-Chief through the site’s first five years, leaving in 2009.  John then took a Director position at PokerStars.com, serving on both the exec and marketing leadership teams at various times during his four years at the company.  John is currently the Director of Advocacy for the non-profit CasinoCoin Foundation, and the co-founder of Crypto Gaming Services – a blockchain technology provider to the regulated gaming industry.

Marco Tiso

Marco Tiso has a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He joined Sisal Group in 2005, where he works in the areas of organisation, strategy and, since 2010, online business development. In March 2017 he was appointed manager in charge of the Online Gaming Business Unit. Before joining Sisal he made his career in Accenture as Manager for the Communication, Media and Entertainment Industries.

Adrian Barrett

Adrian founded Exonar in 2010. Prior to this Adrian held senior posts in Networking, Information Security and Analytics, working in both the UK and the USA.

He has worked for Cisco and held VP posts at eLoyalty (now Mattersight) and Lumeta where he managed European and International operations. At Exonar, Adrian works in concert with the Engineering and Client teams to align development with the needs of our clients.

Ben Jordan

Ben Jordan is a fraud, risk management and compliance expert who has extensive experience in both online gaming and financial sectors, including PokerStars, Sportingbet, Paradise Poker, American Express and Lloyds TSB. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the gaming sector, working in Costa Rica, London, the Isle of Man and Malta.

Ben Jordan is on the board of Directors at Aristotle International- a global Identity, Risk Age Verification and Compliance solution provider. Ben is Aristotle’s representative to the the Digital Policy Alliance and one of the contributing authors for regulation/legislation of age restricted goods and content in the UK which was passed into law through Parliament in the UK earlier this year. Prior to Aristotle, Ben was Senior Security Manager for PokerStars responsible for the Risk and Fraud mitigation best practice within the online space. Ben Jordan is based in Malta.

AJ has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the gaming industry and has hands on experience operating in the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Caribbean since 1996.

In the role of CTO of Sappaya throughout his career AJ has worn different hats as a technologist, designer, manager, marketeer, strategist and salesman. As a result, he has a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges.

Kristoff Zammit Ciantar

Kristoff Zammit Ciantar has been working in IT for over 16 years. As a Business Analyst by profession, Kristoff has years of experience in bridging the gap between the business requirements and the technical deliverables. Kristoff was based in the UK for 8 years providing similar services to clients such as Safeway, Leicester City Council, HMRC, British Telecom, NHS, Novacroft, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Sungard Vivista, Toyota and Torex Retail.

This experience is what encouraged Kristoff, together with his partner Ivan Bonello to start their own IT consultancy and technical architecture company. The dedication and skill set is what was the driving force behind the success that is Aqubix today. Starting as a 2 man team, Aqubix now have a team of 18, with offices in Malta, Spain and Poland in under a decade.

It is Kristoff’s ability to take risks and bold decisions which also led to Mizzi Organisation acquiring 50% of the company in mid 2016, making this the first venture into the IT and digital sphere for the Mizzi Organisation. Kristoff had the foresight to understand that by letting go a little and injecting additional funds into his already established company, he could take Aqubix a lot further and successfully carry out plans for internationalisation.
