Michael Kibort

Michael Kibort joined DraftKings in July 2014 as General Manager of the New York Office before pivoting focus on international expansion. Michael successfully led the company’s launch in the U.K – it’s first overseas market, and has since helped DraftKings launch in Ireland, Austria, Germany and Malta. In his current role, Michael is responsible for DraftKings’ international strategy, focusing on business development, partnership negotiations, premium initiatives and more.

Michael has over 10 years’ experience in the sports industry with a successful track record in developing and identifying strategically attractive jurisdiction targets for launching in new international markets. Prior to DraftKings, Michael co-founded DraftStreet where he took on the role of Chief Operations Officer and lead a world class development team that built impactful innovations to drive the user experience and industry forward.

Michael graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a degree in economics. He resides in Malta.

Rolf von Stein

Rolf von Stein is Chief Security Consultant and CEO of Jester Secure iT GmbH based in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. As a graduate geophysicist, he has been supervising international projects for more than 30 years. Projects with the focus on IT-security are his main activities.

Rolf has also undertaken planning, guiding and execution of gaming related studies and projects for governmental and non-governmental operators including an academic study on the nature of fantasy sports games (“Fantasy Sports as a Skill Game”) together with TÜV Austria.

Hampus Hagloff

Hampus embarked on his career in the gambling industry through a Betting Shop in Malmö. This shop was consistently ranked in the top 5 (in Sweden). He moved to Malta in 2005, employed as Director and Key Official. The company, Bettingpromotion, received a Class 3 license in 2006.

Next gaming step was to move to the UK to join Bally before being acquired by Scientific Games.
Working out of Gibraltar as Head of Commercial Operations his key focus was to roll out the product across new partners and jurisdictions.

The current, and latest, career move took him into one of the most exciting and well-developed B2C products in the sector – FSport – having obtained a Malta Skills Games License targeting the Sweedish market.

Henrik Norsk Hoffmann

Henrik Norsk Hoffmann is a founding partner of Nordic Gambling and he has 14 years of experience from working in the industry.

Henrik is a Danish attorney at law and he specializes in gaming law, corporate and commercial law and international commercial and arbitration law. He offers legal advice in regard to gaming law issues in Denmark, and has assisted a very large portion of the Danish operators in getting their Danish license. Henrik has worked with gaming law since 2002, and has handled some of the most important court cases regarding gambling and in particular poker.

Henrik has been appointed to be a member of a committee under the Danish Ministry of Justice, which was appointed with the task of reviewing Danish Gambling law on poker. Henrik was the first Young Gaming Attorney to be inducted into the International Masters of Gaming Law.

Henrik is based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Hannes Andersson

Hannes Andersson is the CEO of Everysport Media Group, one of the largest sports media companies in Scandinavia. Andersson has worked within the media industry for more than a decade and has recently developed and launched several content products in collaboration with daily fantasy operators.

Andersson also has experience from the betting information industry through his five years as CEO of Daytime Media House, a key provider of betting tips and data in the Northern European market.

Andersson resides in Stockholm, Sweden, where Everysport Media Group also has its HQ.

Jeffrey Haas

Jeffrey Haas is the Chief International Officer of DraftKings, a leading Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) destination that is the fastest-growing company in the industry since its launch in 2012.

Haas oversees DraftKings’ business expansion into new markets outside the United States and manages the International operations team in the United Kingdom.

Haas is a business development veteran with more than twelve years’ experience opening markets for new gaming products around the world. Before joining DraftKings, he worked in international gaming where he gained extensive knowledge in international business development, commercial law, regulatory compliance, game design and public affairs efforts around the world. He led award-winning online and mobile product innovation teams and oversaw live games operations in more than 40 jurisdictions.

Haas previously managed the Discovery Channel’s Interactive Group in Canada and worked as an independent consultant for numerous technology, financial, media, and gaming companies.

Haas resides in London, England with his wife and children.
