Gergely Czoboly is a tax lawyer and senior lecturer with a primary focus on international and European tax law. He works at the Hungarian Ministry for National Economy as an international tax consultant and at the Corvinus University of Budapest as a senior lecturer. He is the Hungarian delegate to the OECD Working Party on Aggressive Tax Planning (WP11) and the Task Force on Digital Economy (TFDE). He is also participating regularly the EU Council working parties on international tax issues. His main fields of interests are the international tax structuring of MNEs (BEPS, ATAD), hybrid and the international tax questions of the digital economy.
